ENCODEX

01 SERVICES · THE METHOD

We bring the entire vision to life.

One vision, carried all the way into the world. Strategy, design, engineering and security: one senior team from start to finish, and what you imagined is what gets built.

THE WORK

We build it. We run it. We answer for it.

Encodex is built on a simple principle: the team that designs a product should also build it, secure it, and keep it running. One senior lab carries every step. The work never passes to juniors or offshore contractors, so nothing gets lost on the way.

That is what owning the outcome means. Our work does not end when the product ships; it begins there. From the first day, the product has to work, make money, and keep earning its place in your company. We stay to make sure it does.

Six disciplines. One team.

One team that masters all six, at the service of your product and your company.

Product Direction

Find the product worth building.

Before anything is built, the idea goes under instruments. We map the market, model the economics and reduce the vision to the one bet that must be true, then test that bet at a fraction of the cost of being wrong.

Brand & Experience

Make it unmistakable.

Identity, interface and motion are drawn as one system and engineered to survive real screens. The product should be recognisable from a single frame, and feel inevitable by the second.

LEAVES THE BAYAn identity impossible to mistake.

Product Engineering

Ship the system, not the demo.

Web, mobile, platform and cloud: built by the senior engineers who framed the idea, and who own their work into production. Architecture is chosen for the next five years, not the next demo.

  • Cloud

DSC-04

Cyber Defense

Make it expensive to attack.

Security is a material here, not an audit. Threat models are drawn beside the first wireframes, the perimeter ships as part of the product, and before release, the lab attacks its own work. Also commissioned alone: assessments, adversary simulation and hardening for systems we didn’t build.

  • Architecture
  • Threat Models
  • Red Team
  • Hardening

LEAVES THE BAYA perimeter with evidence, not assumptions.

In the AI era a perimeter is tested nightly, or it is theoretical.

DSC-05

AI Systems

Put intelligence on the payroll.

Agent systems and proprietary machine-learning models, built around real operations: pricing, routing, service, risk. Instrumented, observable, with human authority exactly where it matters.

  • Agent Systems
  • Proprietary Models
  • Automation
  • Data

LEAVES THE BAYHours returned to the operation, measured.

DSC-06

Robotics

Give software a body.

Our robotics engineers carry a machine from digital twin to the physical world: simulation first, then perception, control and the hardware itself. The same team runs the lab’s own embodied-agent program, so nothing that reaches a client bench is a first attempt.

  • Simulation
  • Perception
  • Control
  • Digital Twins

LEAVES THE BAYA machine that behaves in the real world.

Three ways to engage.

Every engagement fits one of three programs. Each one has a single owner, a clear rhythm, and a direct line to the team.

COMMISSION

Zero to shipped.

The full build: direction, design, engineering and security, from the first conversation to a product live with real customers. You see a working build every week, not a deck every month.

THE WATCH

We stay on the line.

Once the product is live, we keep it healthy: written service guarantees you can check any day, problems fixed around the clock, support seven days a week, and security tested every night. A named engineer knows your product, and you hold the founder’s direct line.

VENTURE

Skin in the game.

Sometimes we build as partners, taking equity or a share of revenue instead of the full fee. If you are an investor with a product idea, or a portfolio company that needs builders, bring it to us. We say yes when we would bet on the idea ourselves.

How a commission moves.

No methodology theatre. Five stations, each with a hard exit. The build advances only when the evidence does.

  1. ST-01

    Signal

We question the brief until the real problem surfaces. Most projects start out aimed at the wrong one, so the first days are spent finding the right one.

EXITThe problem, stated in one sentence.

  2. ST-02

    Proof

We build the riskiest part first, as working software, while the budget is still small. If the idea is going to fail, it fails here, and you can walk away having spent little.

    EXITThe hardest part, running.

  3. ST-03

    Build

Design and engineering work side by side, as one team. Every week ends with a build you can try, not a report about it.

EXITThe complete system, usable end to end.

  4. ST-04

    Harden

Before launch, we attack our own product: break-in attempts, heavy traffic, deliberate failures. It goes live when it passes, not when the calendar says so.

    EXITAttacked, measured, passed.

  5. ST-05

    Run

The product goes live with us still holding it: watched day and night, a named engineer on call. This is THE WATCH, and it is why nothing we ship is ever abandoned.

    EXITNone. The line stays open.

Six rules we never break.

Written once. Enforced on every commission. They are why the work holds.

  1. Experts only.

The people who frame the build are the people who make it. Nothing is delegated down a pyramid.

  2. Your own team.

Every commission gets its own dedicated team. Your product never queues behind another client’s.

  3. Demo, don’t present.

Progress is shown as working software. If it cannot be demonstrated, it did not happen.

  4. Security is a material.

We plan against attackers from the first sketches. A product that is not safe is not finished.

  5. Nothing ships abandoned.

The lab stays on the line after launch. Our name is on the work.

  6. What we build belongs to you.

Code, designs, accounts and data are yours, in your name. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.

Extract from the register.

Some clients let us name the work. The rest stays sealed by agreement, which is how they prefer it.

One lab, three meridians.

Work never sits still: what Austin closes at night, Milan picks up in the morning and Paris reviews by afternoon. And wherever you are, you can meet us in person in any of the three.

FROM THE FOUNDER’S DESK · WHY ENCODEX EXISTS

Most of this industry sells time and calls it progress. I started Encodex because the products I admire were never built that way. They were built by teams who treated the best product in the world as the baseline, and stayed until the thing worked.

That is the whole model. We take your idea, we build it to that baseline, and we run it as if our name is on it. Because it is.

If you write to us, I read it. If we take the commission, you have my line.
