Company One team. One name on the work.
A private engineering and R&D department, founded and led by Chafik Moucharaf, in Paris, Milan and Austin.
Why we exist
The best products in the world don't have to come from the biggest companies.
A small senior team, building with more care and talent than size can buy, out-builds them. That is the whole bet behind Encodex.
01
The best product in the world is the baseline.
Not the goal, the floor. Every product we carry, from design to code, is built to stand next to the best ones in the world.
02
Two gates on all work.
The founder validates every deliverable first. Then you see it, and it ships when it earns your "wow".
03
Built for people who built something real.
For owners who built a business in the real economy and now want a digital product of their own, built to its best possible version.

Most of this industry sells time and calls it progress. I started Encodex because the products I admire were never built that way. They were built by teams who treated the best product in the world as the baseline, and stayed until the thing worked.
That is the whole model. We take your idea, we build it to that baseline, and we run it as if our name is on it. Because it is.
If you write to us, I read it. If we take the commission, you have my line.
How we are organised
One department. One accountable lead.
No account managers and no hand-offs down a pyramid. The people you meet are the people who build, and the founder is one message away.
Chafik Moucharaf
The founder
Reads every brief, holds the vision and your relationship, and validates every deliverable before you see it.

Tell me what you want to build and how you would like to meet. I read every brief personally, and you will hear back from me, not from a sales team.
