Encodex keeps a private research floor so that nothing we ship is a first attempt. It runs like an institute: named programs, quarterly reviews, and work that must earn its place. The team is small on purpose: robotics engineers, machine-learning engineers, offensive-security specialists and product designers, every one senior, every one hands-on. Three laws govern the floor.

LAW 01 Senior only Nobody learns on your product. Everyone on this floor has shipped production systems before, most of them for a decade or more.
LAW 02 Break it here first Every build is pushed past its limits in private: old phones, hostile inputs, bad networks. The version that carries your name already knows every way it fails.
LAW 03 Research must ship This floor is not a museum. A pattern proved here goes into client work within the quarter, or it's cut from the register.

OFFENSIVE SECURITY

A multi-agent offensive-security framework built by our security team. Redline’s crews map a codebase, hypothesise attacks, and hunt the flaw before anyone less polite finds it. Every finding arrives as a reproduction, not an opinion.
